The Elevate Web App allows users to access Elevate directly through their browser—perfect for those who prefer not to install the Desktop application on their device. While it does not replace the standalone Elevate Desktop App, it provides a flexible alternative for calling, messaging, meetings, and collaboration.
Supported browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
(Note: Contact Center features may function with limited capability.)

Accessing the Elevate Web App

Busy Call Handling
When placing a call to someone already on another call:
- A brief 3-second tone play
- A Busy message appears
in the call bar
- The call disconnects automatically

Why does presence differ from the Desktop App?
Web App sets “Away” when the tab is inactive. Browser closed = Offline.
Why won’t it work on my phone?
Use the Elevate Mobile App instead.
Will I receive notifications outside the browser?
Yes-if browser notifications are enabled and the browser remains open.
Do I need to re-login when cookies are cleared?
Yes.
How long does my login session last?
24 hours. After that, you'll be logged out automatically.

Which browsers are supported?

Why can’t others hear me?
Microphone or speaker permissions may not be enabled. Check permissions.
Why do multiple tabs ring at once?
If the Web App is open in multiple tabs, each will ring. Close additional tabs.
Why do I receive multiple message notifications?
You may be using both Desktop and Web App, or have multiple Web App tabs open.
Why can’t I send logs?
Connectivity or server maintenance may cause this. Try again in a few minutes.
Why can’t I move past the Welcome Tour?
Browser zoom may be too high. Reduce zoom to reveal the Next button.
Where is the Webinars tab?
